Great Value Complete Pancake & Waffle Mix, Buttermilk, 32 oz

Sometimes I am not in the mood for pancakes, I grease an 8 inch round pan with butter or margarine, and dump a can of pie filling. Then I make the batter, putting a tblsp of cinnamon, 1/4 tsp of ground nutmeg and 2 or 3 packets of stevia sugar with the pwdered pancake batter, stir to combine. Pour either water or oat milk until you have a pourable batter but not too thick. Pour over apple pie filling. Bake at 350 degrees until your cake taster comes out clean. I eyeball it all the time. It comes out good, I like it.

So easy, just add water, stir, pour, fry, enjoy. I love this mix bc, it's a grt buy for the money, it's simple 1 step of adding water is all you nd. So, if yr out of eggs or milk, no nd to worry as long as you have water yr golden. The taste is just as good as Mickey D's depending on how you choose to make it. You can add other items such as blueberries, bananas, whip cream, etc. yr preteens can make these while you catchup on some extra x's. As long as you've taught them the safety precautions of using a stove, oil/grease, etc. plus yr always gonna be there in case things go awry. It's a grt savings for bigger families on a budget %26 you can still get grt taste w/out the brand names
