Best Lemon Bar Mix on the Market!

This is by far the best lemon bar mix on the market. It has a wonderful shortbread cross, and a vibrant tart, but sweet lemon curd filling. It's super fast and easy to make and it's a family favorite! I refuse to buy the other brand of lemon bar mix that starts with a K, there's absolutely no comparison….
