Great flavor add to soups or create your own dips

I cannot tell that this is "light". It is very tasty and great for dips. I also put a teaspoon into refried beans as well as bean, lentil or tomato soup and it adds a wonderful flavor. Mix a small portion with peanut butter powder and you have a "guilt-free" dip for apples and bananas
