I used to drink Sleepy Time tea when I was in high school but had totally forgotten about it for a long time. I found it again when my husband went to the hospital and it was a Godsend. I drank a mug before bed every night and it helped so much. It smells wonderful, tastes minty with hints of licorice (not too much), and helped me relax and sleep during a very stressful time.
