Fleischmann's Classic Bread Machine Instant Yeast 4 oz Jar.

This yeast is easy to use and works perfectly in my bread machine. I use it a lot to make pizza crusts using the 'Dough' cycle and it does well for both thin crust and thick crust pizza. And when I do make bread in my machine, it's the only yeast that I use.

I've been using this for years to make bread. It makes it so easy if you don't have to add water, you can mix it in with the flour and other dry ingredients. You don't have to activate it. The bread comes out perfect every single time I've yet to be disappointed. Hi highly recommended
