Tomato basil garlic, oregano Frittatas

Walmart often sells out of Tomato basil Frittatas. I love them. Whip egg whites to peaking, gently stir/mix egg yolks then mix in these diced tomatoes with basil, garlic and oregano. Gently mix the mix with the whites and bake in cupcake/muffin tins. Wha La! A twist on Tomato Basil Frittatas! (Add a bit of butter and/or cheese, if you like). If it's too much flavor, just use diced tomatoes and add basil (and, possibly oil/butter, and cheese). I think Feta would be nice.
