Delicious with the right kick of spice

I received the Zatarain Jambalaya rice mix and finally cooked it with some Cajun sausage and added some tomatoes and peppers. The rice cooked perfectly to the perfection of ratio of water. I cooked the sliced sausage separately then added to the pot for the final cook down along with the peppers. All in all it came out great and delicious

Quick and Hearty Dinner!

I loved this jambalaya mix! I added some cooked seasoned chicken and smoked sausage as well as a can of red beans to this mix. It was so filling and hearty while still being a really quick and easy meal. This is the perfect week night dinner and very well seasoned without being spicy. There was plenty for myself and boyfriend to have leftovers the next day as well!
