The supplement does what it says! No Garlic breath stink, proven potency and healthful! Most important its Soy and Gluten free! Also, vegan friendly and animal cruelty free. Easy to swallow caplet once a day. I take this to mainly get my cholesterol numbers in better alignment. I have food allergies and Alpha- gal ( a red meat allergy) so obtaining a balanced diet and avoiding reactions to certain ingredients listed in some supplement ingredients are important to me.
