I thought I ordered two packages of multiple bars in each package. I only received one bar! I am not sure what happened or how many bars I actually paid for. I have never had a problem with my Walmart orders before, and did not keep a copy of my actual order this time! I will not make that mistake again!

Received open product could be tampered with. Sent message to Mr. medical no answer. Company must think OK to send open medication.

Seller is slow to deliver and makes it look like you are receiving 2 bottles

Against my better judgment, I ordered from a seller on Walmart, which I avoid using sellers because in my experience you end up receiving a counterfeit product or no product at all and no way to return or refund the product. Every single time. This happens most often with HBA products. Avoid ordering from sellers. Only order from the manufacturers site or DIRECTLY from Walmart. Save your money and stop this scam.

Did not send the product I ordered. I ordered the Salonpas Lidocaine 8hr cream, and received the regular roll on. If this item is not available, don’t send me something else, that I didn’t request.

Both bottles arrived timely and in excellent condition. I would purchase from this seller again.
