I had never tried King Oscar's Sardines in EVOO until recently but they are indeed the best of the best and I like their taste and texture and the fact that they are really in EVOO which is a must for me. I would highly recommend them to anyone who wants to reap the benefits of eating sardines which are packed with protein and omegas! Thank you King Oscar as I am a new fan for life!

These sardines are always out of stock, because they are amazing, a great protein source and fresh! My favorite meal with sardines is sardines cooked with green onions and jasmine rice with lemon pepper seasoning and garlic powder.

I used to get the off-brand sardines only, thinking there wouldn't be much difference. Now that I've had these a couple times I can't go back. The olive oil flavor is so much more tasty. They're a good source of protein and healthy fats when you need a light dinner.
