Easy Dinners

Easy to use...I am a 78-year-old doctor who tries to cook dinner every night I am not working. I look for side dishes that are healthy, tasty, and easy to make. My husband and I add vegetables to the rice. I use ready-made chicken and fish from a previous day off, add a salad; voila a healthy and delicious dinner is ready in less than 30 minutes. My husband has the pleasure of doing the dishes!

So much easier than the regular bagged rice. You don’t have to measure the water. Just put some water in the pot and throw however many bags of rice in and cook for that amount of time. Just be careful not to burn yourself when cutting the bags open.
