I know slim fast is okay I couldn't afford to get the pre-made ones you know I didn't get my EBT for 2 months and this month I was really needing things and I know that it's good that's why I bought the powder I like to get the premix they don't have the caramel latte in the powder but anyway I know Slimfast is good I've used it a long time even the powder before they even had to pre-made ones enjoy I don't like to have breakfast so that works for me the Slimfast

Slim fast

Smells like cafeteria meatloaf and old petrol. Clumped and stopped up my booty
