The unit is smaller than the previous one we had, which is great for space. Love that the display powers off, that it connects to our smart home apps, and can be operated via the app. The noise level is normal for a pirtable AC and offers excellent background noise at night. only complaint is that it shuts off after it reaches its temperature at night and while you can have the fan set to "continuously on" you have to set this in the app every time.

These work really well for average sized rooms and cool them off rather quickly. My only gripe is that I have to run an extension cord out to another room or the breaker will get tripped when the AC unit kicks on, but there are a lot of devices on the circuit I was originally using, so I understand. Only time will tell what effect these will have on my electric bill, but the estimate on the sticker is about $100 per year. As long as this amount isn't surpassed then I would call this a fantastic investment for a home with cooling issues.

The noise level for me is perfect but I do love a loud AC fan noise. We even kept it after we fixed the AC to keep our master bedroom that is upstairs a little bit cooler in the hotter months. 10 out of 10 for me.
