We love the all in one combo washer/dryer for our tiny home. It has a ton of features. And it is so quiet. Fits in a tight space. Drying takes a little longer because it is only 110 v electricity. With a little patience, clothes come out beautifully clean and dry.

Multiple follow-up attempts were made to continue service; however, we did not receive a response within the required timeframe, and the case was closed per standard procedure. We later learned you were out of town at the time, which explains the communication gap.When you reached out again in February, service was offered once more, but it was initially declined in favor of pursuing a refund through the retailer.
