Love my new Oro Vest

Its a nice warm vest. Will be great this Fall and Winter. I grt cokd very fast becausevof my autoimmune disease. The vest was a bit too small, and even though it was an open box item, I had worked with a great customer service rep., Luke, and he was able to do the exchange for me. Dedpitr, the additional shipping and return charges, the new vest didn't take too long to arrive, and it fits great now. Thanks Luke and Oro for letting me exchange it! Highly recommend this vest!

Great Product!!

I received a battery-operated heated vest from a friend before we went on vacation to the mountains, and I loved it so much, I ordered one for my girlfriend for her birthday. She walks in a lot of half marathons and races, and I thought it would come in handy when she didn't want to wear a heavy coat but needed a heavy-weight answer for keeping her warm for several hours before and during her races all over the country this winter. She's thrilled and can't wait to see how it turns out.
