Does not work well

Very cheaply made plastic which does not provide a proper mist when it works. When it will actually spray water tends to shoot out the side of the nozzle spraying the user. I have adjusted the nozzle as much as possible and looked for obstructions but it still does not work as it is supposed to. It will mist at times and it will shoot out big drops of water at others.
