making better choices?

being allergic to animal proteins is not the easiest so having access to products that are nutritious, healthy, easily accessible, affordable AND taste great, well now thats a feat silk has achieved! Its great alone, or in mushroom coffee, its great on cereals, in vitamin drinks, smoothies, Ive found it delightful when slightly frozen then put in my food processor with berries making ice cream of a sort. So yes I absolutely do recommend this, and encourage it for a healthy dietary change.

Wonderful Dairy Alternative

Perfect for my son that is lactose intolerant and is a kidney and pancreas transplant. It tastes wonderful in his oatmeal and Raisin Bran. Also, love the idea that it is self-stable as we live in Louisiana and always have to store for hurricane season. On a side note, the packaging is attractive and in cases...So convenient.
