Buyers beware! I returned an unopened, fully-sealed Dell Laptop (962.94) to Walmart Store (in-person) on July 8. The store staff inspected, accepted, and scanned the item. However, this third -party marketplace seller is still withholding my refund. Do not buy high value items from this company.
