Impossible to know if the phone wasn't refurbished correctly or what, but the shipping was fine. If it's their fault the phone is now toast, then it's a zero star from me but I'm not ready to 1 star them in case it's not their fault. I should have sent it back when it was glitchy from the beginning, so that's on me.
