Dependable industries is literally just that I feel horrible because I left a bad review about the mattress cover or encasement that I got, but it took no time for these people to apologize for the issue. Let me know what may have happened as in it may have I may have accidentally got sent a lower quality item and they’re immediately sending a heavy duty mattress encasement to me. I’m thankful.

As mentioned earlier, Seller continually sent messages"on way", then the next day changed to the following day and so this cycle continurd day after day. till finally a delay notice...hmmm after it was supposedly "on way" for nearly 11 days. Gave more than ample time for a delay, when I was set to cancel sitting at PC got message "delivery tomorrow" which i finally received. Unexceptable needed for family coming w/children wanted to put in tub for their safety, had to go buy one elsewere for them. So now I have 2. Qualily was not up to par .... but minor compared to the aggravation .. I will try to stick with sold %26 fulfilled by Walmart for now on....

This is a great bedside organizer for reading material, ect. However, I don't recommend it as described. The flap isn't long enough to extend between the mattress and box springs. It may stay put empty, but add a book, and it falls to the floor. It's also something that doesn't look very appealing protruding from the side of the bed. It does make a nice bedside- floor organizer for your nightly reading.
