Would not recommend the Seller. Did not receive mattress that was shown and described on Web Site. Seller requested photos. Sent photos of damaged shipping cartons, Copy of Packing List showing 3 items shipped. Packing list did not show a mattress being shipped. Sent a copy of freight bill which showed the total weight of the 3 boxes shipped - bed frame, side rails, and head and foot boards which including the skid would equal the weight shown on freight bill. The truck driver noted on freight bill that there was damaged to one of the boxes. Seller sent my complaint to their "Concern Team" After several emails we agreed to a settlement. Customer should not have to go to the hassle to be taken care of.
