DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY!! I ordered a Kenwood radio and when the package was delivered there was no radio in the box. Contacted them and they said radio was in the box when they shipped and wants my phone number to open a enquiries at usps. I gave them my number. 5 days later and nothing. I emailed again saying I want a full refund. They said radio was in the box when they shipped and needed my phone number to do enquiry with USPS. I said I gave it to you 5 days ago. Still no response. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY!

I inadvertently returned the wrong item (bought from walmart) to sound of tri state. After paying for them to ship wrong back to me, I then sent them the correct return item. They received correct item, acknowledged it was the correct item and state they submitted the refund to walmart. Months later I have no refund and no stereo and contacting tri state they just get rude and short with me. Tri state says there is nothing they can do. Now I have no stereo and am out $170. Walmart is totally useless to contact or get feedback from as well. Spent over an hour on the phone with them and still no refund. Very disappointed in sound of tristate for not looking into why I did not get a refund and not willing to send me back MY stereo.
