Battery arrived dead and will not charge. Cannot use.

Battery was delivered carefully packaged and fully charged in a very timely fashion. It performed great right out of the box.

Item was delivered fairly quickly, given the weather related delays.

Ordered an item and realized I needed a different item. I reached out within 2 hours of ordering to cancel. I sent emails via Walmart and directly as well as calling daily. 3 days later the item shipped. Walmart and I both reached out to cancel the items. No response. Item arrives - finally hear back 10 days later from seller "return it to Walmart" which was already in process. Absolutely would never use or recommend.

It was exactly the duplicate in size and volt/ current that I needed. It was delivered immediately. You can't ask for better than that!

I ordered a battery for my Baofeng amateur radio. The order clearly stated the battery should be black. These children sent a red one. They didn't quite get the order right so I had to process a return. I have yet to receive that return from Walmart.

I was kept informed of the progress and location of the item during transit. Packaging was appropriate and good. And it fit in my motor rural mailbox.
