I've never talked to them, but they delivered my crayon bank from my grandson.Pretty quick and I actually got it before his birthday , which is coming up in a week.

First these were expensive but I wanted them for Christmas. I bought these bows for my Christmas presents and they were NOT what I ordered. The pink ones were correct, the teal ones were not. On top of that they were of poor quality and most didn’t even stick to the wrapping paper. I had to glue them onto my presents.

Hard to deal with. All I ordered was a bow and still don’t have it

Either they purposefully used pics of different bows or sent me the wrong bows. These aren’t what I ordered. Wrong color, wrong material. Not happy with my purchase, but I didn’t have time to exchange them before I used them.

Received Halloween cut outs and they were packed in a skinny box. They were all wrapped around each other to make them fit in the box. They are all ruined. Will never flatten out enough.

This Halloween Cauldron was shipped out quickly and nicely packaged.

Great communication and product description accuracy!

Perfect for our Mylar wall. My only complaint is delivery is always delayed
