Because I was out of town, I started using the Dell Inspiron until the 14 day window was almost closed so I didn't find out that the driver is defective, the USB port is ill fitting, and the USB C port will not power a second monitor. My old Dell Latitude has no such problem. I've had the Inspiron for almost 30 days now and am stuck. It seems to me that Southbay's quality control should avoid these problems.
