There was no communication. This mattress is junk. It was advertised as a good mattress. The sides throw you off the bed if you get near them.

This thing is solid. It keeps the bed low enough my dog and I can both get on no issues (my dog has an ottoman to make the jump easier on her joints) and there's still enough room under the bed for storage %26 for my dog to climb under safely when she inevitably decides that's her favorite place on earth to take mid-day naps. This bed frame is very light weight, so I can easily move it when I need to really clean under the bed. It's less of a hassle to move than the mattress. I like the design too. Only thing I'd change is putting it on something that can slide or roll when I want it to. I could rig up some locking wheels to fit it, by that would still make it taller. this is the Perfect height.
