The CD ordered from this vendor came wrapped in a way that was difficult to open, the CD case was badly cracked, and the notes with lyrics inside the case were torn so badly they were unreadable. Fortunately, with such poor outer conditions, the CD plays fine, but the shipping and handling were not good at all.
