I ordered 2 ink pads and was sent flat-back rhinestones. I needed my ink pads for an event and had little time to order it again from another seller and get it on time. When I contacted seller, who happened to be in my same metro area, instead of offering the opportunity to get the correct item in person and giving the wrong item back to meet my tight deadline, I was told to initiate a refund as if I ordered the wrong thing versus them messing up the order. I didn't even feel secure enough to refund and re-order from them to get my correct item on time.

This likely isn't the seller's fault. Shipping was fast and the product was well packed.

A pleasure to do business again. I'd buy from this seller again.
