Communication was perfect. The items were as described and appearance and function., and the shipping and handling was superb. Overall, I did not expect this product to be so effective. We had a horrible infestation from a previous tenant and this combined with a few other product products blew them little punks out of the water. Advion bait stations combined with advion bait gel, and an IGR from gentrol will clear them out for real. Very happy and my now pest free home.
