The laptop kept getting very hot after only ten minutes in use and only 4 email tabs snd 1 browser open. i updated the firmware and the bios, but it made no difference. On top of that, the battery only held a charge for 1.5 hours, Totally disappointed because it was at a price could afford i have since boughta brand new laptop from someone else.

Do not purchase from seller. They sent me a totally different computer then the one I ordered. Then said they didn't have the computer I wanted in stock. They are just sending whatever they want to people.

the accuracy of the described item was accurate it's just that it was riddled with problems and once I discovered the numerous problems that had I did call the seller and they have agreed to replace it with another completely rebuilt computer with my specifications and they are going to double check this one before they send it to me

it might look new but they know its a ticking time bomb when it is heading to with no cooling system kicking on. it lags and stops loading all together. if i were to wait for it to crash, it would be right outside the deadline for returning. this is just too obvious of an issue and i seriously hope they take s closer look at the methods they are using to call this like new and ask for $150.
