DVD disc set arrived in good condition, but not all of the discs play. They sent a replacement set in the same condition as the first. I asked for money back and they said if they confirm that the discs don't play they will give me a refund. When I asked for a return label, they changed their agreement to pay for your own shipping and we might send you replacement discs.

This DVD was junk. It wouldn't play. Only a message came onto the TV screen. Saying; "Your DVD player needs cleaned". We have tried all of the other DVD's in our collection. And they all play.
