Phone was advertised as unlocked but it wasn’t. Still trying to get the phone unlocked.

iPhone speakers hardly work have to use speaker phone just to talk on the phone.

Probably need to verify the phones you sell function are as advertised when a customer purchases a phone and pays extra for the missing screen protector.

worst seller. fake seller says the product condition is like new but sends the phone with scratches. dont trust this seller

sold me a defective phone...been having trouble with the phone since I brought it.

The phone I received has been great thus far… I honestly thought “Open Box” meant “Brand New”! But I noticed that the phone looked great yet the battery wasn’t the original.

I got my iPhone 15 in 3 days like they said . My only complaint is the charger cord does not charge the phone. For 400.00 dollars I expect the charger to actually charge the phone

You need to list your phones with proper identification such as "used" and not "open box".
