They have responded but, although they received my returned item and fed ex says its been signed for they have yet to issue my refund for a defective item

This is by far the worst product and seller experience I have ever had. As soon as I received the item, I realized it was not what I was looking for, so I went to Walmart to return it. I was told I needed to contact the seller for a return label. I have submitted three separate requests to the seller and have received no response. I then spent 10 minutes in Walmart’s online chat, only to be told to call customer service. After another 10 minutes dealing with an automated system, I was finally connected to a live agent 15 minutes later. The agent claimed the seller responded by asking me to pay for return shipping instead of providing a return label, which is something I have never encountered before. After a lengthy discussion, the agent submitted yet another request to the seller. An hour and a half later, I still do not have a return label and cannot return the item. Extremely frustrating experience. I would not recommend this seller or product to anyone.

It does not pick up stations from opposite direction. It only widens single direction and shortened the distance I received signals.

I previouslygave Diddlydeals a bad review, but they have currently responded to help me return my item.

seller wont reply for my request to return product. Ive attempted multiple emails, walmart has even stepped in but still haven't gotten anywhere. im really upset!!! DON'T BUY FROM THIS SELLER!!!
