The product does not look new. There are obvious scuff marks on the cases. The cases were shipped without any wrapper, and were shipped in a FedEx padded bag inside a carton marked “Media Mail.” That’s two cases of improper conduct, bordering on fraud. Shame on them.

Brian gave wonderful customer service. First I bought 4 10 PCS sets of the Fujifilm 1.4gb Mini DVD-RW for Camcorder 25302425 then discovered they did not work in my husbands camcorder. I then ordered 1 10 PCS set of the Fujifilm DVD-R DS Camcorder 2.8GB 60 Minutes Discs, 25302910 and they did work well with his camcorder. He sent a mailing label for returning the DVD-RW discs for an exchange.
