AVOID - Seller does not ship products pictured. Received HP 63XL cartridge that was packaged for sale in foreign market and not USA. Packaging was not as pictured on walmart.com website

Ordered HP 63XL Color and Black printer cartridges on January 23, 2026 (Order%23 2000142-10129766). It is now Febuary 6, 2026 and the order has still not arrived. When I click on the Tracking Shipment link, the status is delayed. And there does not appear to be any easy way to find out why.
