Forgot My Souvenirs

This one doesn’t feel like original. Brush bristles are bad quality. I bought my 1st one frm instyler website in 2013 and it worked for 10 years and made my hair stylish and silky but it stopped working recently. But this one is bad quality.

I have reached out but so far no one has got back to me. Extremely poor communication!

Wrong item received. Dont trust this SELLER> Sent 2 emails with NO REPLY. I called customer service 3 times over a week, on hold over an hour. Kept being told to wait 48 hours to hear back from "Forgot My Souvenirs" . Never did... WALMART Refunded. Seller is no good for Walmart platform.

I would not purchase from this seller. I was purchasing a two pack (which in the description of the item clearly states that this is a two pack) pet zoom trainer for your dog. While yes, this item works very well, I did not receive the item that was described. I received one in my package. I reached out to the seller multiple times via email and through phone calls, leaving messages. I have not heard once from the seller regarding this problem. Eventually, I had to settle the dispute with Walmart itself. Do not trust this seller with their false advertising.

I bought this kit and it was delivered on June 3, 2024. This week I went to open it so I can add these items to a diaper cake for a baby shower and noticed these 2 items have expired a few yrs ago .. I suggest you not buy a product from this company .. scammers I wish I can add the picture to show the powder ex 9/2021 and the shampoo ex 12/2021

Product was shipped very fast. It received it a few days sooner than expected.

The curling iron took 2 weeks to arrive. The curling iron was fine but the heat shield you put on the iron was broken.

We ordered one pair and they were lost. So I had to call and cancel that order and reorder.
