I bought a dress from this seller, and the stitching came undone the first time I tried it on. Instead of taking responsibility for a defective item, they are trying to charge me a 20% restocking fee. That’s unacceptable. I ordered directly from Walmart because of its strong reputation for quality and customer service. I expect Walmart to stand behind the products it sells and take responsibility when there is a clear defect.

The dress unfortunately didn’t fit, but the seller was incredibly understanding and easy to work with. They offered a full refund with no hassle and responded quickly to my messages. Great customer service — I really appreciate the smooth and respectful experience.

All I can say is Buyer beware with this seller and their so called products. They are not a company that I will ever deal with again!

I order a gown / dress from seller. Experience was horrible in order to return. Had to call Walmart 5 times and each time wait 48hrs for seller to respond without been successful!! Finally after weeks I was given a label, dress had been delivered for 5 days still no refund. Had to call again and demanded my refund! Until I let them know I was not giving them a good review then they responded within 5 minutes with my partial refund! So upset!!

******Do not buy ****** Returned this dress over two months and no refund!! This is a third party product so you will not get the entire amount it was purchased for. You have to pay return and restocking fees. This was not said by Walmart beforehand. No one replies to my emails. Not Walmart or dress shops

Terrible customer service. Dress arrived late had to purchase a new dress that arrived in time. When it came same day tried to do return wouldn’t allow but Walmart customer service was great and reached out but the return process is a hassle still haven’t received my refund as i write these words even though they’ve received the dress over two weeks ago. Wouldn’t purchase from this vendor ever again!!

The worst customer service ever. Never received the dress. Would not work with me to get a refund. Absolute nightmare. Save your money and avoid this seller
