received the correct item but did not work properly. warnings about security drivers. im not a techy type so i had to send it back. Found exact model on Dell website new for 300 dollars less. Seller was not cooperative with return so walmart issues refund and took it back in store because seller would bot provide return shipping labels or communicate timely or at all but to say follow walmart.com/returns. poor service and poor quality items. Still waitong for refund after 2 weeks of trying to return it.
