First battery that I received was no good, I had to sent it back and initially they wanted to charge me shipping charges to get another battery, I asked for a refund and they ultimately send me another battery in good working order with no additional charges. Lastly, I believe they should test the battery's before they ship them to customers so they don't have the same problem I had and having to wait for the battery. (Roughly about 2 weeks)

everything went well and i was told it wouldnt fit ny mule, the dimensions were even bigger than listed, but was able to make it work and its working fine! i probably will order another next summer . work Great with plenty of starting power!

The battery works fine, but FedEx put it in my mailbox (which is against the laws) and not on my porch as I have permanently listed in my profile instructions for FedEx. It was two days before I found the battery. I was not happy with this delivery. I realize this is not the fault of Walmart or Crown Battery. I am not happy with FedEx!

fast shipping, this battery worked great right out of the box. I really believe it cranked faster than the name brand one did when it was new. The price is good and I'm very impressed with the battery. I can not speak about the longevity, I've only had it a few weeks. but yes I would definitely recommend the battery and seller.
