Through Walmart, I had no issues with delivery wait. It came promptly. The product itself did not come in tact. The doors do not shut all the way, and the front bumper was rattling in the box. Although the box fit well inside of its shipping box the only thing protecting was bubble wrap that filled the little bit of space left in the box at the top, there was no preventative measure surrounding the whole car's container box. If it were me, I would've put the bubble protector at the bottom since the car bears weight on the bottom of its platform instead of the top where it's mostly empty plastic.

I didn’t have to communicate with Walmart or the seller. Came on time in mint condition. It was packaged really well.
