Orthotic Shop sent the wrong size sandals and did not have the correct size. Had to return the sandals back to the 3rd party seller to be able to receive a refund, an inconvenience to the customer.

Shipped my moccasins quickly and they arrived in great shape. I would definitely buy from them again in the future, like when this pair finally wear out. Don't take this the wrong way Orthotic Shop, but this will probably be a while...not a reflection of your service, just the quality of the mocs ;).

Some prices are good, others are high, but they allow you to return what doesn't fit.

Seller was great! First pair came in the wrong size. I scheduled with Fed Ex for a pickup and they dropped the correct size and took the wrong size to send back. So easy!
