Defective product threads on the housing are too large for any three-quarter inch threaded fitting including the one you sent. I have tried everything was a plumber for 40 years fix thousands of things could not get this to work. All I have now is a piece of trash.

Thank you for a quality product. After years and years of purchasing the cheap box store RO faucets, I found this on the Wal-Mart website. It never occurred to me before to purchase these RO faucets anywhere but the big box stores, and they definitely don't last. Very impressive right out of the box, sturdy, well made, and functions beautifully. Thank you for the fast shipping! Very happy with this high-quality item!

its not been easy to register the warranty i also have not had time to call them. They have SMS phone %23 posted but don't waste your time texting it because they dont respond. It says to register system online but that didn't work for me either.
