My only criticism is the shipping process. The desk arrived in two separate boxes that were shipped and delivered on different days, but this was not made clear at the time of purchase. Knowing in advance that the order would arrive in multiple shipments would have prevented a great deal of unnecessary frustration. A simple notice during the ordering process or in the shipping confirmation would have made the experience much better.

Tech support reply time was more than a business day volley back and forth. They concluded that returning the unit was their corrective action. After I sent them pictures and asked for replacement parts that were not holding up they sent me a link to purchase them. Not an expensive loss but lots of time lost. You are better off finding something of higher quality.
