Horrible! Bike arrived damaged and now they’re saying as is and I to pay to have it shipped back. No where when purchasing the item was this displayed! When clicking the warranty information provided by WalMart there was nothing. I suggest Walmart not sell items if they can’t verify there is actually a 1 year manufacturers warranty!

I have a feeling the seller is dealing with a lot of nonsense revolving around swagtron swag cycle because the company is now defunct due to an unfair product recall. putting a lot of people out of work! so undoubtedly there is a lot of fraud at play with consumers attempting to milkthe system.

We purchased an escooter as a birthday gift. The day our grandchild opened it we realized it was defective--the computer doesn't work. But Deals A Day says it is 12 days beyond their 30-day return so they won't do anything to replace it. We purchased an extra warranty but they won't cover it because it is supposed to still be under manufacturer warranty. But the manufacturer website is not available and their phone number is invalid. T his is HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!
