I don't really remember alot of communication other than shipping info, but it arrived on time, packaged well, and looked pretty good. Unfortunately, they didn't fit well and the pockets were a bit off and would get caught on our kitchen cabinet handles every time he passed by, snagged!!!!! We returned and will shop for something else.
