My ophthalmologist advised and recommended for me to use this lid cleanser for daily eye hygiene. I have dry eye and my eyes are extremely irritated and burning, and I have to keep my eyelids closed a lot of the time. I use it twice a day and I feel it has extremely helped me. I also have started using lubricant eye drops for dry eye relief, which refreshes %26 lubricates for soothing comfort. This has also helped tremendously for the relief of the burning and irritation due to the dryness of my eyes. I can use it as often as I feel it is needed.

I contacted ThinOptics about not receiving the phone case with the optics and they weren't even aware their product was being sold through Walmart. Clueless. Not happy with either company after this failed transaction.
