Wrong size shoe was sent and seller wouldn’t respond to email

This company is not reliable. I never received the package. I was told that it was gonna be delivered on the 13th then I received another message a day before telling me that due to weather conditions. It was going to be received on the 14th on the 13th they delivered the package and it was taken by someone else in front of the door. I called them and informed them and they’re saying that because the package was $160 they have to investigate so in other words they’re saying that I’m lying never again will I do business with Walmart this is ridiculous insulting customers they told my bank Capital one that they would refund it back to my credit card. I noticed that they didn’t and when I called back, they said oh no we’re having an investigation to find out if the package was in fact stolen Again insulting the customer I just wanted to say that if the package was so important, they should’ve handed it to the person instead of just throwing it in front of the door or leaving it in front of the building that tells me that they did not respect what I had ordered

came earlier than expected and got exactly what we wanted.

the item was not like it was made out to be very hard not comforting on the foot have to return as well as other items, disappointed

Arrived late, due to delay in transport. My son did not get in in time for school.
