Was sent wrong product in packaging that makes returns difficult. You cannot repurpose a priority mail box. TRIED to contact them. WAITED 4 days for a reply. Got zero customer service. Had to find a box to ship back.

I love the design and color of the iPad cover,it's loud and bright,I hate the fact that once I opened it,it was cracked at the bottom,I sent the seller a message to let them know and I never got a response,The price was reasonable,I didn't feel like taking it back to the Walmart store,since I bought it online,whenever you have to take something back it's such as hassle,and with coved-19 still going on,I just took it and threw it to the side,but I want be buying from this seller again,I know I didn't spend that much on the iPad cover but It was my money and for the seller not to respond,means the seller don't care,just want to make a sell.
