communication was good,but would only give products a 5 out of 10 due to easily broken ear pieces,sound was good.

dunno if you're responsible for the no-good installation disks for the xbox 360 wireless controller adapters, but you clearly lack quality assurance. For SHAME!!

They do pretty good. The main problem is my deliveries are never put onto my property by placing shipments over the fence or over the gate.

Picture of the product (Fiber Optic Sword) looked amazing but the product I received was bent and would not light up. I returned the item but never received my refund for the sword.

Do not buy this product...big waste of money and money is tight these days.

Was sent wrong product in packaging that makes returns difficult. You cannot repurpose a priority mail box. TRIED to contact them. WAITED 4 days for a reply. Got zero customer service. Had to find a box to ship back.

I love the design and color of the iPad cover,it's loud and bright,I hate the fact that once I opened it,it was cracked at the bottom,I sent the seller a message to let them know and I never got a response,The price was reasonable,I didn't feel like taking it back to the Walmart store,since I bought it online,whenever you have to take something back it's such as hassle,and with coved-19 still going on,I just took it and threw it to the side,but I want be buying from this seller again,I know I didn't spend that much on the iPad cover but It was my money and for the seller not to respond,means the seller don't care,just want to make a sell.
