Be aware of this seller. I purchased a laptop with a specific processor for a specific reason. The deal on the laptop was really good. I did my research on the laptop processor everything before committing. I ordered it and got the wrong model. I needed it for school and had an assignment that needed to be done. I received the laptop excited I realized it was the wrong model. I reached out to the seller without opening the box. But need became greater than want and had to open it. I reached out explaining everything but got generic responses. Now they will be taking a restocking fee. Wish I would've read all the reviews and also took them seriously. This isn't their first time doing this.

Received a Broken Acer Chromebook Screen...if it was Packaged Correctly, I wouldn't know have to go through the Refund process.. Company is Not At All Customer Satisfaction Guaranteed...still waiting my $282.00 and A . Resolution

Wish the seller would have provided replacement RAM--then I could give a good review. As seller told me my only option was returning the complete computer, I was out of luck. Would not buy again.

they sent me the wrong laptop. just when i needed a laptop because mine is broken, it came earlier than expected. unfortunately that was because they sent the wrong model. i don't have confidence in this seller to try to order another one. it also takes too long to receive when i need a new laptop now.

I'm not sure exactly why, but they upgraded my laptop free of charge. I definitely can't complain. Communication was great.
