The order was filled in a timely manner, but there were no assembly instructions included. Had to search their website for instructions, which were somewhat difficult to understand.

Never got to deal with Cove Products, instead dealt with the horrible customer service from "K9KennelsStore.com". I was introduced to a "policy" of 15% restocking, return shipping costs, as well as the original shipping costs being deducted from our possible refund. Do not order anything from K9KennelsStore.com via Walmart.com Very deceptive appearing to be a Cove Products purchase via Walmart.com but ended up being a 3rd party never mentioned on the Walmart website or even in the order process.
